Please complete this form if your organization would like to advertise a sustainability-related internship on our site. Many students will want to get academic credit for their internship, and the following lists some of the requirements that should be considered in order for an internship to qualify.

Internship requirements include:

• A project that can be completed in 6-10 hours/week over a semester (~15 weeks) or a more comprehensive project designed for a full academic year (two semesters or about 30 weeks).
• A mentor who is a permanent staff member and would be available to meet regularly with the student, provide guidance throughout the semester, and answer questions from both the intern and the faculty advisor in a timely manner.

Summer internships can have flexible hours, but the total number of hours worked should be similar to an academic semester. In order for the student to qualify for three academic credits, students need to work at least 135 hours in the semester that they seek credit.
